Papaya Fitness encourages people of all ages, to incorporate healthier habits on daily basis and add more physical activities to their lives. Encouraging everyone to think about their health and wellness in a long run. We can be stronger and healthier also in our older years if we chose to put a regular effort and persistence into to achieving this goal and increase our health span and our longevity.
“I strongly believe that fitness is for everyone, either we are young or when we are in our older years. We have to think about our future health today if we want to have energy and strength for years to come. Setting our smaller goals and sticking with them, will help us to reach our major fitness goals such as improved physical and emotional health, strength, mobility, endurance, and physical appearance. Taking responsibility for our own health and well-being is crucial in order to maintain good health, happiness and balance in our lives as well as creating healthier society all together.”

"As long as I remember myself, I felt great passion for music and dancing. Early on I discovered that physical movements helps to regulate my emotions - I was feeling myself so much happier when I was dancing or was performing any fitness related physical activities.
For 21 years I have worked as dental hygienist in my home country Latvia. After moving to Canada, I made a decision to follow my passion for fitness and I got my fitness trainer qualifications and certifications with MFC.
Now there is nothing more value to me than helping my fitness clients to improve their health, and seeing them happy and satisfied about results that they are achieving with regular work and self-discipline. I am happy to provide my participants with safe, effective and well-rounded workout routines that are great for everyone. Functional training, cardio, postural alignment, core strength, back and hip health, flexibility, mobility training and relaxation - you are all covered for to live a quality life every day."

“I have spent many of my younger years competing for the Canadian national amateur boxing team. That was a great experience and had taught me a lot. Self- determination, persistence, and focus on achieving my goals - are just a few of those.
After hanging up the gloves, I found a passion for coaching and mentoring athletes pursuing their first bout to their first international tournament.
At Papaya Fitness I enjoy teaching the basics of boxing to those willing to improve their general health in non competitive environment.
I’m also helping with leading hiking events organized by Papaya Fitness members. It is great to see like-minded people come together and build a community that supports one another on our healthy lifestyle journey. ”
