Pilates (50 min)

This mat based online fitness class focuses on strength, stability, flexibility, posture and proper breath control. In this class we will strengthen our deep and small muscles, our core. Participation in this class will help you to improve your posture and slender your body.

Low Impact Cardio & Upper Body (50 min)

This combined beginner-friendly fitness class consists of three parts; 20 minutes of low impact cardio interval training which is safe on your joints and great for your cardiovascular fitness, followed by 20 minutes fitness routine for your upper body strength - your arms, shoulders and back. Last 10 minutes after-workout stretches are the final part of the class in witch we will cover stretches for all bigger muscle groups that we will be exercising in this online fitness class.

Back Health (50 min)

This class is designed to strengthen and support your spine while improving flexibility and mobility. You will learn exercises and proper alignment to keep your back strong and pain-free. This class is good for everyone who wants to improve their back health and prevent ourselves from back pain.

Stretching &Mobility (50 min)

Safe stretching and flexibility beginner-friendly online fitness class with incorporated balance and mobility training with elements of relaxation. Stretching is a must-have element to add to our exercise routines. Regular stretching will keeps our muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. It can prevent us from the risk of strains, muscle damage and joint pain.

50 min Chair Exercises & Stretches

This online fitness class is tailored for everyone who prefer gentle movements and stretches that can be done while seated or with support for more balance, making it ideal also for those with limited mobility as well as for everyone who would like to do some exercises and stretches on their lunch break at work. If you are looking to relieve tension, increase circulation or simply unwind, this fitness class is for you.

One-on-One Training Session

If you prefer individual fitness class in witch your specific needs are fully met, then this 45 minutes long One-On-One workout session with your fitness coach is the best choice for you. Individual approach, personalized workout program adjusted to your unique fitness goals, needs, preferences and availability. Throughout the session your trainer will provide you with proper form instructions, adjustments and motivation to insure you maximize your results while minimizing risk of injury.
